Stage 2: Capital injection

After obtaining legal documents, investor may start to transfer investment capital from overseas (or domestic) for official investment.

Charter Capital injection period: Within 90 days from issuing date of ERC (Enterprise Registration Certificate)

Specialized Account: DICA (Direct Investment Capital Account) of enterprise

Eligible applicant: The investor is named in legal documents of company

Transaction limit of capital contribution: Complied with legal documents
