Cost-saving

Only VND 10,000/month/type of notification – more economical than traditional SMS (which costs at least VND 22,000/month/phone number for account balance change notifications, VND 22,000/month for international card transaction notifications, and at least VND 44,000/month for both).

Optimal experience

Zalo messages are clearly displayed with images & quick-action buttons.

How to Register

Register Online via the Shinhan SOL Vietnam App:

Step 1: Open the Shinhan SOL Vietnam app

Step 2: Go to Settings > Notification Channel > Notification via Zalo

Step 3: Complete the information registration and and Zalo account verification to activate the service
