Step 2: Verify Customer Information (with Minitry of Pulic Serivce by using biometric information – fingerprint)

Step 3: Enter additional information

Step 4: Choose service(s) (Account, Debit Card, IB/MB, SMS)

Step 5: Print form, sign on form, and return the form into STM

Step 6: Execute service request and receive service results
