- For mileage redemption: You must have the membership account at airlines before redeeming mileages. Minimum mileage requirement is 1000 miles/redemption. The redeemed mileages must be a multiple of 1,000
- For Agoda e-voucher redemption: Minimum redeemed points requirement is 1,000,000 points/redemption. You must use redeemed Agoda e-vouchers at www.agoda.com/shinhanredemption to enjoy discount
