Domestic transfer
You can send money from your account to any Vietnam bank using 03 options
- Scanning payee’s account QR code (Transfer by scanning QR code):
Step 1: Log in SOL app
Step 2: At home page, click to scan QR code
Step 3: Scan the QR code and follow the prompts to finish your demand - Fast fund NAPAS transfer 24/7
If you use this channel of transfer money, Beneficiary account will receive money immediately
NAPAS transfer limit: max VND 499,999,999 / transaction
Note: If you transfer an amount over NAPAS transfer limit, your transfer will automatically be processed through the normal transfer channel. - Normal transfer
Process time: The transfer order received before 14:30 is processed on the same day, transfer order received after 14:30 is processed on the next business day.

To make a domestic transfer:

Step 1: Log in Internet Banking
Step 2: Choose “Transfer/Payment”
Step 3: Choose “Domestic Transfer”
Step 4: Choose “Fast Fund NAPAS 247”
Step 5: Follow the prompts to finish your demand
SOL APP
Step 1: Log in to SOL app
Step 2: Tap “Transfer”
Step 3: Tap “Within Shinhan” to transfer money to an account at Shinhan, or Tap “Transfer to other banks”.
Step 4: On the top of your mobile screen, Select “Napas 247” or “Normal transfer”
Step 5: Follow the prompts to finish your demand
Register/terminate Auto Transfer
- If you want to set up an automatic money transfer from your account on a regular basis, periodically to a savings account, a family member's account or another person, you can choose the Auto Transfer service.
- The Auto Transfer on the assigned date is only done when the account has enough money. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account balance is sufficient and that the information provided is correct.
- If the assigned transfer date is not a business day, the transaction will be processed on the previous business day.

Overseas transfer
- A remittance to overseas may take few business days before being available in the payee’s (beneficiary's) account, depending on when Shinhan accepts your instructions and whether a third party correspondent bank is involved. Fee and charges may apply from both Shinhan Bank and correspondent bank
- It is your responsible to ensure a sufficient balance on your account on the assigned transfer date.
- The supporting documents may be required by the Bank. Please visit a branch near you or call Contact Center to check in advance the required documents.

Transfer money to a telephone number
- Nowadays, beside money transfer to the beneficiary account number, you also can make a money transfer to the payee’s mobile phone number
- At “Receiver name” field, the receiver name must be the same with account holder name to process transaction
- Recipients must enter their account number in the link where the Bank sends SMS notification. If the recipient does not receive the money within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled.
To transfer money to payee’s telephone:

Step 4: Input receiver’s telephone number and name, or Select from Contacts on your mobile device.

View status of your transfer order
- You can view the status of your transfer order it is successful or pending.
- If the transaction status is “processing”, you can cancel it.

Add/delete a payee to list
You can save payee details to the list of payees (Beneficiary account) for next transfer quickly, without input information again.
