Change credit card transaction limit and daily limit

Transaction limit is the maximum amount of a transaction that you can make via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking (SOL).

Daily limit shall be the maximum accumulative amount for all transfer transactions that you can make via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking – SOL per day

You can increase or decrease daily limit & transaction limit via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking or visit nearest branch/TO.

Apply Digital Card

  • Apply for both new and existing Primary Cardholders
  • Digital card function is provided by SHBVN via SOL App, it is applied for both Debit and Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD). After enabling this function, you could view the card information (card number, expiry date, CVC) and use this card information for online transaction or add into SamsungPay.
  • NO Annual Fee applied for Digital Card.

Quickly register yourself a digital card by following the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to the Sol app

Step 2: Choose “Card”

Step 3: Choose “MORE”

Step 4: Choose “Service”

Step 5: Choose “Apply Digital Card”

Register auto credit card payment

  • An auto credit card payment may be arranged if you have a demand deposit account at Shinhan. By registering auto payment service, you allow us to deduct a payable amount from your registered linked account without your payment order.
  • You may change the account linked with credit card to your other account at your convenience.
  • To terminate the auto payment service, please visit the nearest branch for promptly support.

 Important note:

You are responsible for ensure the account has sufficient balance and sufficient transaction limit before 16:30 on the designated auto debit date. Your credit card will be recorded as late payment if the Bank is unable  to fully  deduct the minimum payment amount about 16:30 on the payment due date due to the account  balance  is not enough  or exceeding transaction limit.

 To register auto credit card payment service or to change linked payment account:

Step 1: Log in to the SOL app

Step 2: Tap “Card”

Step 3: Tap “Card payment”

Step 4: Tap “Auto Debit”

Step 5; Tap “Update”

Step 6: At the menu Payment account number, Tap to see account list. Select an account number to register for auto credit card payment service.

Step 7: Tap “OK” and follow the prompt to complete your request.

Change payment ratio for auto credit card payment

You may choose the payment ratio 5% or 100% for your statement balance and change it upon your monthly financial status.

 Important note:

Function is available from 8:00 to 18:00 on working days and before 17:00 on payment due date.
