Introduction

Shinhan Bank officially launches the new feature that allows customers to open a Shinhan Bank account directly on the ZaloPay app. This strategic partnership between Shinhan Bank Vietnam and ZaloPay aims to deliver a more comprehensive, fast, and convenient digital financial experience for customers. Now, ZaloPay users can easily open a Shinhan payment account—securely, quickly, and 100% online.

Eligible Customers

All individual customers who are Vietnamese citizens, aged 18 or older, use the ZaloPay application, and meet Shinhan Bank Vietnam’s account opening requirements

From November 20th, 2025

How to Register

Step 1: Open the ZaloPay app. Under “ZaloPay’s Recommendations” (“Zalopay đề xuất”), select “Open an Account with Gifts” (“Mở TK có quà”)

Step 2: In the “Account” (“Tài khoản”) tab, find “Account Opening” (“Mở tài khoản”) of Shinhan Bank and tap “Open Now” (“Mở ngay”)

Step 3: Complete the account opening process via eKYC directly on ZaloPay

Step 4: Download & log in to the SOL app, complete biometric verification, and start enjoying Shinhan’s banking services
