How to use

In order to use services on Momo E-wallet, customers need to install MOMO app, then register mapping and cash money into your wallet from bank account/credit card, or cash deposit at Momo offline stores.

How to install

Find the app on Play Store or App Store with keyword “Momo”, then download and install.

How to register

  1. Open the Momo app and input Mobile Phone No
  2. Confirm Mobile Phone No
  3. Input verification code (OTP) via SMS
  4. Create & confirm password. Then log in Momo

How to register mapping e-wallet with bank account

  • Customer can register mapping e- wallet with Bank account on Banking/SOL Mobile Banking of Shinhan Bank or on Momo app
  • ₋Customers who use ANZ accounts also can register mapping from Internet Banking/Mobile Banking of Shinhan Bank

How to cash money into your e-wallet

  • Customers can cash money into e-wallet from bank account on Internet Banking/Mobile Banking of Shinhan Bank or do directly on Momo app
