To continue receiving free notifications via Zalo Official Account of Shinhan Bank, please register to switch ZNS from now until before 13/06/2025.
How to register for Zalo Notification Service (ZNS):
1. Online registration via Shinhan SOL Vietnam app:
- Step 1: Open the Shinhan SOL Vietnam app
- Step 2: Go to Settings > Notification Channels > Multi-channel (Zalo & SMS)
- Step 3: Complete the information and zalo account verification to activate the service
2. Register directly at any Shinhan Branch.
3. Or contact our hotline at 1900 1577 for dedicated support and consultation.
Inportant note:
- Customers who do not register for ZNS by before 13/06/2025, will be charged for SMS notifications fee as the tariff. (For more details of the tariff, please visit the website shinhan.com.vn in Personal > Quick Access > Personal Bank Tariff).
- Please refer to the details Terms and Conditions of My SOL Package, please visit the website shinhan.com.vn in Personal > My SOL Package > Terms and Conditions.
- Valid date of Terms and Conditions: 02/06/2025.
