- Affected Services:
1. Completely Unavailable
- Internet Banking (Personal and Corporate)
- Mobile Banking
- ATM, STM services
- Debit card and Napas card transactions
- Online transactions by Credit card
2. Partially Available
- Credit card transactions (Offline use only. Limits and number of transactions may be limited depending on policies):
- VISA: Up to USD 2,000/10 transactions/day
- Mastercard: Up to USD 2,750/4 transactions/day
- POS service for merchants
- VISA, Mastercard transactions: Available
- QR payment, Napas card: Completely unavailable
