Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ("Shinhan Bank") would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and usage of the "Cashback Shopping" utility on the Shinhan SOL Vietnam application (SOL App).

Shinhan Bank would like to inform you of the discontinuation of the "Cashback Shopping” utility with specific details as follows:

1. DISCONTINUATION OF NEW ORDER RECORDING:

• Effective time: From 00:00 on January 01^st, 2026.
• Details: Orders generated after this time will not be recorded for cashback.

2. PROCESSING PERIOD FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 00:00 ON JANUARY 1^st, 2026 AND WITHDRAWALS:

To ensure your rights regarding orders placed before the utility termination date, Shinhan Bank will maintain the "Tài khoản" feature for tracking and withdrawal during the transition period:

• Duration: From January 01^st, 2026, to the end of April 01^st, 2026.
• Important Notes:

- Eligible orders placed before 00:00 on January 01st, 2026, will still be reconciled and cashback according to regulations (within 90 days).
- Please check your cashback balance and perform a "Withdrawal" to your bank account

3. REMOVAL OF UTILITY INTERFACE FROM THE APP:

• Effective time: From 00:00 on April 15^th, 2026.
• Details: The "Cashback Shopping" utility interface will be completely removed from the SOL App.

Should you have any inquiries or complaints, please contact via the hotline 023 67 303 393 of Cashback Shopping service before July 15^th, 2026. After this date, Shinhan Bank reserves the right to refuse processing any complaints or requests related to the “Cashback Shopping” utility.
