Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“Shinhan Bank”) is pleased to inform you of our updating “Overseas Remittance Transfer” notification feature on the Shinhan SOL Vietnam Application (“SOL App”) applied for Individual Customers (“Customer”).

This new feature would support Customers in updating Inward and Outward overseas remittance notification accurately without visiting Shinhan Bank’s Branches/Transaction offices or call our Contact Center.

User guideline:

Customer registers “SOL App” to enjoy the completely free Inward and Outward Overseas Remittance service as follows:

- Inward overseas remittance

  • Step 1: Customer receives Inward overseas remittance amount in the Bank core system
  • Step 2: Customer receives notification about the Inward overseas remittance transfer amount, which is credited to Beneficiary’s account
  • Step 3: The Bank’s system will check and make the credit at the soonest time

- Outward overseas remittance:

  • Step 1: Customer makes the Outward overseas transaction successfully
  • Step 2: Customer receives notification about the final amount, which is credited to the overseas beneficiary’s account (*)

(*) The service feature will be exempted in case the Beneficiary Bank does not join in the Swift GPI system.
