Announcement Of Security Card Renewal
Firstly, Shinhan Bank Vietnam would like to express our sincere thanks to our esteemed customers for trusting and using Shinhan Bank Vietnam services all this time.
To comply with Circular 35/2016/TT-NHNN dated 29/12/2016 of State Bank of Vietnam on safety and security of Internet Banking, Shinhan Bank Vietnam would like to announce as below:
- Security card’s validity is 1 year from the card’s issuance date.
- Applied date: from 01/07/2017.
- Customers who have their security card issued before 30/07/2016 (Card’s serial no. ≤ 13058100): Kindly visit our Branches/TOs to renew your security card before 01/07/2017.
- If your security card is not renewed before this date, your Internet Banking will be temporarily blocked.
