To make payment for a bill:
INTERNET BANKING
Step 1: Log in Internet banking
Step 2: Choose “Transfer/Payment”
Step 3: Choose “Bill Payment”
Step 4:Choose “Register Bill payment”
Step 5: Follow the prompts to finish your demand
SOL APP
Step 1: Log in to SOL app
Step 2: Tap “Payment”
Step 3: Choose ““Bill payment”
Step 4: Select a utility service for payment
Step 5: Follow the prompts to finish your demand
Register/terminate Auto debit bill payments
- If you want to set up regular payments for your utility bills such as electricity, water, phone, internet, cable, airplane ticket…, you can choose auto debit bill payment service.
- When you are paying for your bills, it is your responsible to ensure the account balance is sufficient and the details you provide are correct.
- The Bank will proceed to debit your registered account on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th or 30th of the month in accordance with the biller date. If the biller date falls on non-working days, the Bank will proceed the debit on the previous business day.

To make regular payment for your utility bills:

Step 2: Choose “Transfer/Payment”
Step 3: Choose “Bill payment”
Step 4: Choose “Auto-debit bill payment”
Step 5: Choose "Register Auto-debit" for registration or “Terminate” for terminating auto debit
Step 5: Follow the prompts to finish your service

Step 1: Log in
Step 2: Choose “Payment”
Step 3: Choose “Scheduled Bill payment”
To register
Step 4: Choose “Register Scheduled Bill Payment”
Step 5: Choose service that you want to register and input information
To Terminate
Step 4: Choose “Management”
Step 5: Choose “View details”
Step 6: Choose “Terminate”

You also can register for auto debit bill payment using your Shinhan Credit Card
View paid or unpaid bill
- You can use the customer code to check your bill was paid or not at “Payment” field. If that service has still showed the money, it means that you didn’t pay successful.
- After repeated unsuccessful auto payment procedure due to insufficient account balance, the payment of that month will be skipped. As result, the invoice will be unpaid by the Bank. The auto payment service will be processed as normal in the next month.
Top up to telephone (online and SMS)
- Top up service supports you to top up telephone account or buy scratch card using your account at Shinhan.
- You can top up your mobile phone, to others ‘mobile phone using Internet Banking, SOL App, or sending SMS.

Register/ terminate Top-up by sending SMS
- To register for Top up by sending SMS, you will make 2 steps:
1. Register for the service via Shinhan IB/SOL App
2. Text to 8049 to activate the service After registering online Top-up by sending SMS service, you will receive a SMS from 8049 to activate the service.
Text "OK xxxxxxx" and send to 8049 to active Top up by SMS (xxxxxxx: is your own password for the service. The length of password can be from 1 to 17 characters)
If you change your registered mobile phone number, please terminate the service & register again with new registered mobile phone number. To change the registered phone number, please contact the nearest branch for further support
To register/terminate Top up telephone by SMS:

Add/delete/view to list of billers
You can save bill information to the list of biller for making next payment quickly, without input information again
To add, delete a biller to the list of biller:

Step 1: Log in SOL app
Step 2: Tap “Payment”
Step 3: Tap “Quick payment”
Step 4: Tap “One- click”
Step 5: Tap to add the biller, Tap next to biller to delete.
Step 6: Follow the prompts to finish your demand.
