Introduction

Make your spending works for you with Shinhan Point program

Shinhan Point is a point accumulation program offered to Shinhan Visa Cards. For every spending, Shinhan Point shall be accumulated as the following rates

For Platinum card

0.2%

0.2 % equivalent to 2 points for each VND 1,000 spent.

For E-card

0.2%

0.2% equivalent to 2 points for each VND 1,000 spent on online transactions on weekdays

0.1%

0.1% equivalent to 1 point for each VND 1,000 spent on other transactions

For other Shinhan Visa card types

0.1%

0.1% equivalent to 1 point for each VND 1,000 spent

Redemption

Shinhan Point is valid within 03 years on first-in-first-out basis and can be redeemed into cash.

Cash Redemption

All Shinhan credit card can redeem cash from Shinhan Point with the following conversion rate:

1 Shinhan Point = 1 VND

Cardholders must redeem a minimum of 15,000 VND each time.

1. Visit Shinhan Bank Vietnam branch

2. Present the ID Card / Passport

3. Inquiry Point Balance from Teller

For Corporate Member

1. Visit Shinhan branch

2. Present the Receiver’s ID/PP

3. Present the Authorization letter of the Corporate Representative

4. Inquiry Point Balance from Teller

How to redeem

Redeem into Cash

Applicable to all card products

Online Redemption

1. Click here to access Internet Banking

2. Select Card > Shinhan Point > Shinhan Point Redemption

3. Select "Cashback" for "Category of Point Switch" and input the amount of point switch

4. Click "Next step"

5. Enter 4-digit passwords and click "Next step" to proceed.

6. Receive the money transferred to VND card member account.

Phone Redemption

1. Dial 24/7 Call Center 1900 1577 in woking hour: 08:00 am - 05:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

2. Provide requested information and follow Call Center Operator’s instructions

3. Receive the money transferred to VND card member account


Branch Redemption

For Consumer Member

1. Visit Shinhan Bank Vietnam branch

2. Fill & Sign the Point cash-out request form

3. Present the ID Card /Passport

4. Receive the cash or money transferred to card member account

For Corporate Member

1. Visit Shinhan branch

2. Submit the related form sealed and signed by the Corporate Representative

3. Present the Receiver’s ID/PP

4. Present the Authorization letter of the Corporate Representative

5. Receive the cash or money transferred to VND corporate account
