Shinhan Bank VietNam has officially launched the E-CUSTOMS TAX PAYMENT service through direct online connection between General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDC) and the Bank's core system. Accordingly, it allows taxpayer to make tax payment directly on the E-customs payment portal anytime, anywhere and any means connected to the Internet and the result of transaction will be confirmed by the bank immediately after recept of payment order and immediate customs clearance. This service provides customers with following outstanding features:

  • Open demand account at Shinhan Bank
  • Register E-customs tax payment service at the bank counters or at https://epayment.customs.gov.vn
  • Submit application for E-customs tax payment service (download here) to any Branch/ Transaction Office of SHBVN nearest to your place
