Shinhan Bank Vietnnam Limited (“The Bank”) will practice the drill for network failure correction as required by the State Bank of Vietnam. We are forced to temporarily stop providing some services. The Bank hereby inform you as follows:
Service suspension:
- All services via ATMs system of The Bank and other banks.
- All services on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking SOL, Smail and message service SMS.
- Automatic Response System (ARS)
- All mapping services with e-wallet Momo, Grab Pay by Moca, Samsung Pay and Samsung Pay cards.
- All online payment services with Visa credit, Visa debit cards and all payments via the card acceptance devices at the point of sale (POS) with Visa debit cards.
(*) Note: Please prepare cash before our service suspension schedule for your usage and for other necessary cases.

Complete suspension:
- From 0:00, 31 August 2019 to 3:00, 31 August 2019
- From 0:00, 2 September 2019 to 3:00, 2 September 2019 (The service suspension period could be ended earlier than scheduled time)
Partly suspension:
- From 3:00, 31 August 2019 to 0:00, 2 September 2019
In the suspension period above, you can use normally following services:
- Credit card payments via the card acceptance devices at the point of sale (POS)
- Card loss notice through hotline 1900 1577
