Shinhan Bank would like to inform that we will stop issuing/re-issuing security cards for Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking service from 1st April 2019 with details as follows:
- For new customers:
From 00:00, 1st April 2019, Shinhan Bank will stop issuing new security cards for Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service. Customers can register for another security options, which can be either M-OTP (free of charge and customers can register on SOL application) or visit branches/TOs to receive OTP or A-OTP device.
- For existing customers:
Your security cards will become invalid after one year from the date of issuance and Shinhan Bank will not reissue them from 00:00, 1st April 2019. To continue using Internet Banking/Mobile Banking services, you need to choose another security options, which can be either M-OTP (free of charge and customers can register on SOL application) or visit branches/TOs to receive OTP or A-OTP device.
