Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“The Bank”) is pleased to announce:
1. From 00:00, 1st March 2021, The Bank will terminate Samsung Pass verification for SOL Mobile Banking service (“Service”).
2. To keep using Service, customers, who are using Samsung Pass for Log In Method and Transaction Verification, need to change to other verification methods as below:
- With Log in Method
Log in SOL Mobile Banking app > Menu > Security > Log in Method > Select one of methods: Confirm Fingerprint/Confirm Face ID/Confirm Pattern/Simple Password.
- With Transaction Verification
After modifying Log in method as above, customers use the password of registered security devices with The Bank before (M-OTP, OTP token or A-OTP token) to verify transactions.
