In order to provide you a better banking system, Shinhan Bank will upgrade the system. Consequently, some services will have down time as follows:

  1. Time of service suspension:

    May 12, 2018 (Saturday) - From 00:00 to 24:00

  1. Suspended services:
  • Cash deposit, cash withdrawal, bank transfer at ATMs of Shinhan Bank, and Shinhan Bank’s card transactions at ATM system of banks
  • Internet Banking/Mobile Banking
  • Banking services through ARS Call Center, Customer Service Center, SMS Service
  • Spending with online payment by VISA cards
  • Spending with Debit cards/ ATM cards at stores.
  1. Services Available during the down time:
  • Spending with VISA credit cards at stores
  • Receiving card loss notice through Customer Service Center (☎ 1900-1577)

Note: Cash withdrawal transactions at ATMs (including ATMs of other banks) will be interrupted during this time. Please have your necessary cash available for use!
