In order to enhance our service quality and improve the customer experience, we would like to inform you of the upcoming adjustments and additions to the Terms and Conditions applicable to Vatech Guaranteed Purchase Card, effective from 01 Aug, 2025, as follows:

| Adjust | Article 5: Fees and charges – Change from Multi-Channel to ZNS channel. |
| Add on | Article 7: Termination, clause b – Add the Bank’s unilateral rights to terminate the Vatech Guaranteed Purchase Card and send notification on card termination for the Cardholder. |
