From 15/12/2021, customers can track the status of Overseas Remittance transactions in real-time and free of charge. This function is applied to successful overseas remittance transactions which are made via Internet Banking/SOL Mobile Banking, and at Shinhan counters.
- The outstanding features:
- Real-time payment status
- Transparency in time and actual amount credited to beneficiary’s account
- Free of charge
- User Guidelines:
- In order to check the status of outgoing overseas payment, customers simply log in to Internet Banking/SOL Mobile Banking and follow the link: HOME --> Payment/Transfer --> Overseas Transfer --> Inquire Overseas transfer (Outgoing).
- Choose overseas transaction and click on “Beneficiary account/IBAN” to inquiry status.
