Dear valuable customers,

On 15th February 2021, we were notified by local authority that one customer with Covid-19 visited Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited – Le Thai To branch on 8th February 2021 to make transactions. The customer has been taken to a centralized isolation area following the required process of the Ministry of Health.

All staff working in Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited – Le Thai To branch immediately announced the Ministry of Health and followed all isolation requests as a prevention approach. Although all Shinhan Bank’s branches and transaction offices are given regular sanitization, we have arranged an intensive sanitization and sterilization for Le Thai To branch and ATMs hereby right after we got the news. This sanitization process will continue on a regular basis for all branches and transaction offices of Shinhan Bank Vietnam across the country.

In the meantime, a new staff will be sent to Le Thai To branch to serve customers, while Le Thai To branch’s own staff has been practicing isolation request. With these taken measures and available information, the entire involved area, including Le Thai To branch, continues its business. Le Thai To Branch and all other branches and transaction offices of Shinhan Bank Viet Nam remain opening and serving customers as usual.

If you visit Shinhan Bank Viet Nam's branches and transaction offices, please note that we will take your body temperature and ask you to wear a mask, sanitize your hands with antiseptic solution, before entering our branches/transaction offices.
