According to the epidemiological investigation information of the health sector, on March 17th 2020, a customer of possible exposure visited Shinhan Bank Vietnam - An Dong Branch to make transactions.
Although all Shinhan Bank’s branch and transaction offices are given regular sanitization, we have arranged an intensive sanitization and sterilization for An Dong branch and ATMs hereby right after we got the news. This sanitization process will continue on a regular basis for all branches and transaction offices of Shinhan Bank across the country.
In the meantime, the staffs who directly interact to this customer are immediately subject to apply the regulated quarantine at home to prevent the transmission possibility.
