Pursuant to Offical letter No. 5013/CT-NVT dated November 7th, 2025 by General Department of Taxation regarding the implementation of tax collection and payment based on the payment identification code (ID) – Phase 2, Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited. (“Shinhan Bank”) would like to inform you of the temporary unavailable of tax payment services at Shinhan Bank as follows:
Unavailable period: From 18:00 on 04/02/2026 to 10:00 on 05/02/2026.
After the above-mentioned period, the system will resume normal operations.
Temporarily unavailable tax payment channels include:
- Domestic tax payment services, including E-Tax Online and over-the-counter transactions.
