A new version of the Android malware called Xenomorph has been detected, it also has the ability to steal credentials as well as the capability to automate the transfer of funds between many banks around the world.
To help you be aware and raise your vigilance, proactively protect own bank account information subject to cybersecurity’s advices:
1.Check ratings and read reviews on Google Play before installing apps on Android system smartphones, even if they are certificated app stores.
2. Enable Google Play Protect to scan for malware on both existing and new apps in case you're planning to install.
