Shinhan Bank would like to keep you informed that from 07th September 2020, you will receive e-invoice when making electricity bill payment for Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) at Shinhan counters or via Internet Banking/SOL Mobile Banking and other channels linked to VNPAY.

Accordingly, after 15 minutes from the time of successful payment for  electricity bill to EVNSPC and there is no request to cancel transaction, your electricity bill will be successfully debited and an e-invoice will be sent to the email you registered with EVNSPC.

For wrong transaction due to your fault without cancelling within 15 minutes after making payment,  Shinhan Bank will not take the responsibility to refund the payment or cancel transactions for you. Therefore, please carefully check your information, including full name, customer code, address, payment period and payment amount before verifying payment to minimize the errors or mistakes.
