- This program applies to eligible individual customers who are qualified to open a Hello Shinhan time deposit account (TDA) and purchase insurance policy as per the bank's regulations

Note:
- Customers agree to receive the prize and commit not to cancel the insurance contract or withdraw the entire Hello Shinhan Time deposit account before maturity.
- Customers may withdraw a portion of the successfully opened Hello Shinhan Time deposit account before maturity, but must ensure that the total remaining balance of the Hello Shinhan time deposit account and the insurance premium for the successfully purchased insurance contract is at least VND 2,000,000 to qualify for Reward 1 and at least VND 50,000,000 to qualify for Reward 2.
- Each Customer can only receive a maximum of 01 (one) reward during the Program period.

- New customers who register to use SOL Mobile Banking service for the first time during the promotion period
- Existing customers who log in at least 01 time and made less than 10 successful debit transactions (excluding automatic transactions) on the SOL Application during the period from 01/01/2025 – 23/11/2025
