Promotion details:
In the end of year, Shinhan Bank Vietnam is pleased to launch a special interest rate program, which is applicable to new related real estate loans for Individual customers:
- Option 1: Only 5.99% p.a fixed for the first 06 months, 8.0% p.a fixed for the next 54 months
- Option 2: Only 7.4% p.a fixed for 36 months
Reducing by 0.3% p.a immediately for loan’s amount from VND 03 billion and above, reducing additionally by 0.2% p.a for cross-sell.

Eligible products:
The program is applicable for: Home loan; Home Equity loan; Project Housing loan; Personal loan with real-estate collateral.
