Introduction

Mobile OTP (M OTP) is service to create One Time Password & authentication for Internet Banking/Mobile Banking transaction via Mobile App developed by Shinhan Bank.

Mobile OTP can be used to replace for OTP token or security card, each M-OTP password valids in 01 minute.

Eligible customer

Individual customer who has already registered Shinhan Bank Vietnam Internet Banking

Registration method

1. Log in Mobile Banking of Shinhan, choose M-OTP menu and use your mobile device to register for Mobile OTP issue.

2. Check and verify personal information

Verify ID information and account/account password and input security password (OTP/security card) or verified code from Shinhan Bank

3. Register for M-OTP issue

4. M-OTP registration complete

Transaction limit

Transaction limit: maximum 500,000,000 VND.

Daily transaction limit: maximum 500,000,000 VND.

Free of registration fee, monthly fee and maintainance fee
