Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ("Shinhan Bank") would like to inform that the online transfer fee and cash withdrawal fee at ATMs throughout Vietnam will be waived in order to improve customer experience. Details are as follows:
1. Service applied:
- Free online money transfers inside and outside the Shinhan Bank system
- Free online transfers 24/7 to other banks (*)
- Free cash withdrawals at ATMs of other banks (*)(**)
(*) The banks in NAPAS system
(**) Applied for withdrawals via ATM card. Maximum 10 transactions/month
2. Applied period: From 01st March, 2022 to 31st December, 2022
3. Applied customers: Individual customers who successfully register for a new CASA account or Internet Banking/Mobile Banking through the eKYC process.
