Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ("Shinhan Bank") would like to inform the adjustment in Internet and Mobile Banking’s domestic transfer fee for individual customers in order to enhance their experience as below:

| Domestic transfers outside the Shinhan Bank system | From 0.011% to 0.022% | Free |
| Domestic transfers 24/7 to other banks(**) | From VND 1,650/transaction To VND 12,000/transaction |
(*) Waive fee for customers who open demand deposit account or register Internet Banking/Mobile Banking via eKYC process till 31/12/2022
(**) The banks in NAPAS system
Applied customers: Individual customers who successfully register for a new CASA account or Internet Banking/Mobile Banking, a loan, card opening through the eKYC process.
Note: Free cash withdrawals fee at ATMs of other banks via NAPAS system for individual customers who register for a new CASA account or Internet Banking/Mobile Banking through the eKYC process will stop from 01/01/2023.
