NOTICE
(Re: converting mobile number from 11 digits to 10 digits)
Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“Shinhan”) would like to inform customers the converting plan in accordance with the Decision No. 798/QD-BTTTT dated 25/05/2018 of Minister of the Ministry of Information and Communication and Dispatch No. 5475/NHNN-TT dated 20/07/2018 of Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on converting mobile number from 11 digits to 10 digits as follows:
1. Applied to:
All mobile numbers with 11 digits registered by customers with Shinhan.
2. The phone codes will be converted:

3. Converting time:
Shinhan will update the converted new phone codes for the customers’ mobile numbers from 08:00 of 15 September 2018 to 24:00 of 15 October 2018.
