Dear our valued customers,
In order to strengthen the security of your Shinhan Credit Card spending information, from 22 October 2018, Shinhan Bank would like to upgrade the e-statement for customers who registered statements via emails. Your monthly e-statements shall be attached and sent to your emails in encrypted PDF format. Please follow the instruction in the email content to open your statements.
* The new statement method is only applied for customers who hold Hi-Point/ Cash Back/ Travel/ PWM/ ANZ (old) credit cards and Shinhan Platinum/ Gold/ Classic/ E-Card credit cards which was system upgraded from 11 September 2018.
