First, we would like to express our gratitude towards your entrustment and tremendous support all the time. According to Circular No. 32/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 26, 2016 of the State Bank of Vietnam, there are some amendments and requirements related to Demand Deposit Account of non - legal entities as following:

  • Private Enterprises/Households: Demand account will be under name of the owne
  • Branches/PMO/Representative Offices/Operating Offices: Demand account holder will be Parent Company
  • Business Cooperation Contract: Demand account will be opened in form of Joint Account

As stipulated in Article 4, Circular 32, any non-legal entity customers who fails to complete the procedures of re-concluding your agreements on opening and maintenance of current accounts  after the deadline of March 01, 2018, your current accounts shall be terminated until you complete the requirements.

Should you have any questions or need additional information, please visit your nearest Shinhan Bank branch or any Shinhan Bank Branch that you frequently have transactions at for detailed instructions.
