Dear Valued Customers,
Shinhan Bank Vietnam would like to inform you that, starting from January 1st, 2025, the cycle for account debiting and bill inquiry for the automatic bill payment service will change. Specifically, the bank will perform daily account sweeps and bill inquiries to process payments as soon as invoices are received from service providers. If the sweep date falls on a non-working day, the bank will process it on the next business day.
Please note that all other Terms and Conditions of the service remain unchanged.
This change is intended to ensure a more seamless and continuous payment process for our Valued customers.
