Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“Shinhan Bank”) is the first foreign bank in Viet Nam to officially accomplish the integration of personal electronic tax and fee payment feature on eTax Mobile application, in order to contribute to implement the target of “Cashless payment project in Vietnam during the period of 2021-2025” and “Scheme on Digital Transformation to 2025 with orientations to 2030” by Prime Minister
Accordingly, Shinhan Bank coordinated with General Department of Taxation to launch a personal electronic tax and fee payment service via eTax Mobile application, which based on mobile platform with IOS and Android operating system. The service helps individual customers with tax numbers to pay personal income tax; car, motorbike registration fee, etc. conveniently via the eTax Mobile application.
GUIDELINES
To experience eTax Mobile application, taxpayer must be individual customer and own Registered Personal income tax number
Download eTax mobile application to your smart phone/tablet, and do instruction as following:
- Step 1: The customer downloads the eTax Mobile application to mobile devices;
- Step 2: The customer proceeds to declare, verify user information, connect to your account in Shinhan Bank Viet Nam, lookup and select payable taxes/fees;
- Step 3: At the “Payment” screen, customer selects Shinhan Bank Vietnam and complete the next steps, which are similar to a normal personal financial transaction;
- Step 4: After completing the transaction, eTax Mobile will return the transaction result to the customer. If transaction is successful, the customer is able to download tax/fee documents electronically via personal email or visit directly the nearest branches/transaction offices to be assisted in printing documents (if needed).
