Shinhan Bank Vietnam ("Bank") would like to thank you for your support and using our Shinhan Samsung Pay Card. To improve and bring up new products with higher quality for our customers, Bank would like to annouce of service termination for Shinhan Samsung Pay Card as below:
- From 01 July 2020: terminate reload (top up) and new card issuance service
- From 05 August 2020: terminate all services
For customers having non-KYC Shinhan Samsung Pay card and having balance, please take note to use up all balance before 05 August 2020 as overdue this date, the available balance on your card will be invalid
For customers having KYC Shinhan Samsung Pay card, in case customers have available balance after 05 August 2020, please come to any Bank's branches/TOs to transfer this amount to your account.
Note:
- Please bring your ID/Passport to request of transferring your balance from your KYC card to your account.
- The processing of balance on non-KYC card and/or transfer balance from KYC card to account will be made accordingly Terms and Conditions of Shinhan Samsung Pay Card
- Non-KYC card is allowed to be KYC card until 05 August 2020
