Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“Shinhan Bank”) hereby would like to inform you of our launching of Express transfer by VietQR code service on SOL Mobile Banking.
Express transfer by VietQR code is service which allows customers to make an internal transfer to Shinhan account or a FastFund NAPAS transfer by VietQR code.
To transfer money, instead of having to enter the recipient’s account information as a traditional way, customers can scan the QR code to make the transaction. The beneficiary’s information has been encoded in the QR code, making the money transfer order creation faster and more accurate.
Guideline of using services on SOL Mobile Banking:
1. For senders:
- Login SOL Mobile Banking, select “Transfer”, at credit information field select “Scan QR”.
- Place the VietQR code to scan frame, or upload QR image.
- After scanning VietQR code, input transfer amount and remark.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
2. For receivers:
- Login SOL Mobile Banking, select “My Account”, select “My VietQR code”.
- Your VietQR code is displayed corresponding with each account number.
- Save VietQR code image, or share VietQR code via media application on device.
Fees and transaction limits are applied according to the current policy of Shinhan Bank for money transfers inside and outside the banking system.
