Dear valued customers,
Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“Shinhan Bank”) hereby would like to inform you of Exemption and reduction of domestic remittance fee to all other the banks.
In order to support and accompany customers in the challenging period of Covid-19 pandemic, Shinhan Bank will waive and reduce domestic remittance fee to all the banks following the policy as below:
- Making remittance at the counter: Reduce 20% of domestic remittance fee from 20th April 2020, applicable to both Individual and Corporate customers
- Making remittance through Internet Banking/Mobile Banking SOL:
- From now until 30th April, 2020, free domestic remittance fee, only applicable to Individual customers. In this period, Corporate customers are also applied reduction of 20% domestic remittance fee.
- After 30th April 2020, Shinhan Bank continues reducing 20% domestic remittance fee, applicable to both Individual and Coporate customers.
With this policy, Shinhan Bank would like to bring effective and safe financial services to customers any time.
