Dear Valued Customer,

Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ("the Bank") would like to inform Customer about the Bank's application of the General Terms and Conditions for Personal Data Protection ("General Terms and Conditions") under Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection ("PDP") issued by the Government.

During the establishment of the relationship between the Bank and Customers, the Bank may collect and process data of individuals related to Customers. The Bank commits to ensuring the safety and PDP compliance of individuals related to Customers that is in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.

To ensure compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, the Bank is currently collecting Consent letters related to the contents in the "General Terms and Conditions" on personal data protection for individuals related to Customers.

These General Terms and Conditions on personal data protection include, but are not limited to, the following contents:

  • Collection of personal data of individuals related to Customers;
  • Purpose of processing personal data of individuals related to Customers;
  • PDP measures;
  • Contact information for processing personal data of individuals related to Customers.

The Consent letter template may be modified over time. Notifications of any changes will be posted on the Bank's homepage: https://shinhan.com.vn and/or other appropriate communication channels.
