“Solid foundation for your high future” program of Shinhan Bank Vietnam givessponsorship to build schools for children in northern Vietnam.
The aim of this program is to give children in the North of Vietnam, who are eager to learn yet oftenreceive little educational opportunities, a chance to go to school. We fully understanding that youth sare the ones who hold the future of Vietnam and education is the good key for them to open up to the brighter future, therefore we would like to provide the Vietnamese children with the solid foundation ofeducation and appropriate pathway for their steps to the future.
In 2008, Shinhan Bank Vietnam invested 3,207,500,000 VND to build Nam Linh secondary school at Nam Dan district in Nghe An province.
In 2011, we continued to sponsor an amount of around 2,083,400,000 VND to build Hanoi Korean School in order to expand Vietnamese – Korean relationship.
Besides building new schools, Shinhan Bank Vietnam also sponsored educational equipment for schools in poor areas annually to reduce difficulties in teaching and studying in these areas.
With strong financial recourses and enthusiasm, Shinhan Bank Vietnam always wants to bring happiness to community by solving important issues of the society and continuing sponsoring various social activities in Vietnam in the future.
