Ho Chi Minh City, January 31st, 2016 – Shinhan Bank Viet Nam contributed their human resource and finance to “Spring of love 2016” charity project to provide meaningful Lunar New Year activities to more than 500 children and 500 underprivileged people at Dakia commune, Bu Gia Map District, Binh Phuoc Province. This project was hold by HCMC 3M Living Skills Club. Our volunteers brought a warmer Tet for people here by many meaningful activities, such as hometown fair and cuisine, mini games with prizes and fun performances… Besides, volunteers also donated 100 valued gifts for families here.
Shinhan Bank Viet Nam’s corporate social responsibility efforts focus on the support of the local communities in which its employees live and work. Since 2014, Shinhan Bank Viet Nam’s employees and 3M Living Skills Club have coordinated to host charity projects for underprivileged people in rural areas every Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival. We hope to sustain similar efforts in the future to improve the lives of the less fortunate in our community.
