Introduction

- Account Service Package is a product/service package that includes products/services provided to meet essential needs of customers when using VND DDA at SHBVN. When joining Account Service Package, Customers will enjoy the preferential offers of SHBVN from time to time.

- Account Service Package includes:

  • One (01) VND Demand deposit account (VND DDA)

  • Internet Banking/Mobile Banking
  • Credit Card or Debit Card or VND Time Deposit with minimum deposit amount of VND 01 billion
  • Salary payment service

Eligible customer

Organization, include new Customer and existing Customer qualifying conditions according to regulation of SHBVN from time to time.

Benefit

Free for issuance of OTP, A-OTP to 01 user of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking and 50% discount of fee for issuance of OTP, A-OTP to 01 user of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking

VND Domestic transfer (internal and outward transfer, at counter and Internet Banking/Mobile Banking)

- For the first 03 months: Free for all transfer transactions.

- The next 24 months:

  • SHBVN internal transfer: Free for all transfer transactions.
  • Outward tfor number ofransfer: Free transfer transactions depending on monthly average balance of VND Demand deposit registered into Account Service Package.

Procedures

Customer joins in Account Service Package by signing Application for registration/change of registration information for Account Service Package, and completing of joining in products/services registered into the Account Service Package.
