Dear Valued Customers,
To deliver a faster, more convenient, and safer experience with non-stop electronic toll collection (ETC), Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (“Shinhan Bank”), in collaboration with Vietnam Digital Transport Joint Stock Company (Viettel ePass), a member of Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group, is officially launching the Auto-Debit Service on the ePass mobile application. With this service, you can:
- Automatically deduct ETC fee from Shinhan Bank account, ensuring no more worries about stopping and parking when passing through the station; and
- Register and convert your traffic payment account in accordance with Government Decree No. 119/2024/ND-CP, quickly and easily.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING AUTO-DEBIT SERVICE:
Step 1: Download and log in to the ePass app → Select “Manage Funds”
Step 2: Choose “Add Linked Account” → Select Automatic Debit Service.
Step 3: Review your personal information → Confirm link.
Step 4: Select Bank for Service Registration - Shinhan Bank → “Agree to Terms and Conditions” → Tap “Continue”
Step 5: Enter the Shinhan Bank account holder information → Tap “Continue” → Enter the OTP sent via SMS.
Step 6: Complete the linking process (Successful Registration)
PROMOTION FOR ePass CUSTOMERS:
- Free service of deducting money from bank account when successfully linking ePass account with Shinhan Bank, promotion program applies from 01/11/2025 to 30/11/2025.
- Condition: At least one (01) auto-debit transaction must occur during the promotional period.
