To deliver a convenient, secure, and digital experience, Shinhan Bank officially supports the linking of Shinhan payment accounts with Social Security Benefit Accounts on the VNeID app, enabling customers to receive government social security payments quickly via their bank accounts.

• Easily manage and use funds via the Shinhan SOL Vietnam application
• High level of security and safety, with identity verification through VNeID app

3. How to link:

• Step 1: Open VNeID app and log in
• Step 2: Select the “Social Security” service, then choose Social Security Benefit Account
• Step 3: Select Shinhan Bank (If you do not have a Shinhan account yet, please download Shinhan SOL Vietnam app to register and open an account)
• Step 4: Enter your Shinhan Bank account number
• Step 5: Confirm to complete the linking process

(*) Notes:
- This service is applicable only to customers who have completed Level 2 identity verification on VNeID app
- The linked account must be a valid VND payment account under the customer’s own name, currently active at Shinhan Bank
