NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY SERVICE SUSPENSION

In association to the acquisition of retail banking service from ANZ Vietnam


Our Shinhan Bank would like to express our sincere thanks for your trust and use our Shinhan Bank’s services during the last time.

To have the best preparation for merging retail banking service from ANZ Vietnam, we hereby notify that we will temporarily suspend the following services.

We really hope to get your support and empathy during this transition period.


- List and schedule for service suspension -


1. Service suspension time:

00:00, 16th December 2017 (Saturday) – 00:00, 18th December 2017 (Monday), equivalent to 48 hours.


2. List of interrupted services:

+ Cash deposit and cash withdrawal, bank transfers via ATM system of Shinhan Bank and Shinhan Bank’s card at other banks (including ATM Napas Card and VISA Debit Card)

+ E-banking services via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ARS, Customer Service Center, Smail, Sunny Club, SMS

+ Phu My Hung Transaction Office will be off work on Saturday.


3. Feasible services during this temporary cessation:

+ Payments with VISA cards at Point of Sales
+ Failure reports to Customer Service Center (report of card loss/account number loss)(☎ 1800-1560)


Note: Cash withdrawal at ATM system (including transactions at ATM systems of other banks) will be suspend during this period. Let prepare for your cash in need.
